Job summary

Ingersoll Rand's Ivyland, PA factory is seeking a reliable LMI Parts Assembler to assemble, inspect, and package products in a climate-controlled environment. The role requires following detailed work instructions, reading BOMs, and using hand and power tools to build high-quality assemblies.

The ideal candidate will communicate well, manage priorities, and report to work on time to meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow bills of materials, work orders, and written work instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills).
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn JD Edwards for locating BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components per BOMs, work orders, and instructions.
• Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools including screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses; tube bending and soldering may be required.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to ISO procedures.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and perform adjustments to maintain product quality.
• Identify and report defects, material issues, or process concerns promptly.
• Monitor materials for assembly and report shortages; request replenishment.
• Meet production targets while collaborating with team for efficient workflow.
• Maintain documentation and follow safety and quality procedures.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated LMI Parts Assembler to assemble, inspect, and package products in our climate-controlled Ivyland manufacturing facility. This role works independently and as part of a team to complete accurate, high-quality assemblies while meeting production, safety, and attendance expectations. The ideal candidate communicates well, follows detailed work instructions, manages priorities, and consistently reports to work on time and ready to begin the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and parts according to bills of materials (BOMs), work orders, and detailed work instructions.
• Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and presses; specialized tasks may include tube bending and soldering.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications and established ISO procedures.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and complete necessary adjustments or repairs to support product quality.
• Identify and report defects, material issues, or process concerns promptly.
