Headway Services is seeking licensed counselors to join our team for the upcoming school year in Brooklyn. Roles include full-time and part-time caseloads with a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $105,000, depending on experience, and strong supervision and support.

Placement in District 18 schools—Canarsie, East Flatbush and Flatlands—will be coordinated by our team, with a user-friendly billing and session-note platform to streamline documentation.

Headway Services is the primary agency providing Counseling services for the upcoming school year in District 18 in the areas of Canarsie, East Flatbush, Flatlands. Placement in public and charter schools is coordinated through our team.

We currently have full-time caseloads available throughout Brooklyn and would love the opportunity to have you join our team.
