Qualifications

• Active or pending associate license in good standing in WA.
• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans and provide psychotherapy under supervision.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision and timely documentation.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Consistent availability to grow caseload.

Responsibilities

• Own private practice with supervision and support.
• Receive referrals and marketing support to grow caseload.
• Credentialing, billing, intake, scheduling and compliance support.
• Operate in professionally managed office space with hybrid remote option.
• Use secure EHR and technology tools.
• Participate in practice coaching and ongoing account support.
