Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services in New York is hiring Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFTs) to join our clinician-led, APA-approved behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has served 100,000+ patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and an active LMFT license are required.
• We do not accept associate or limited licenses.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule, check referrals, and note residents' condition changes.
• Meet with residents for brief, focused therapy sessions.
• Complete initial assessments and update treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers to discuss care needs.
• Document sessions and notes to meet compliance and billing standards.
• Coordinate with families and plan follow-ups for the next day.
