Job summary

The CENTER for Human Services in Bloomington, IL is seeking Living Room Program Staff (Full-Time) to perform screenings, provide on-site support, and conduct short-term follow-up. The role also involves completing additional assessments as needed and linking clients to community resources.

The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking Living Room Program Staff (Full-Time).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human service field OR

Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS)designation with the State of Illinois or the ability to obtain credentialing within one year of hire.

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Must have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with recovery-oriented practices, peer recovery support, and crisis respite
• Knowledge of community resources
• One year of work or volunteer experience in behavioral health or crisis intervention

Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 hourly
