Job summary

Norwood Crossing is partnering with CoolKicks to launch CoolCards—a high-energy live selling channel for trading cards and collectibles on Whatnot. We’re building a team of charismatic livestream hosts who can entertain viewers while driving sales and growing the CoolCards brand.

You will host engaging sessions, showcase products, and develop product knowledge across Pokémon, One Piece, and sports cards. A strong on-camera presence and sales instincts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, entertainment, livestreaming, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and audience engagement.
• Comfort on camera for extended periods.
• Ability to drive sales through product storytelling.
• Willingness to learn about trading cards and collectibles.

About The Role

CoolCards is a new live commerce collaboration between CoolKicks and Crossing, bringing together 2 of the biggest brands on Whatnot to create a high-energy destination for trading cards and collectibles.

With an established audience and strong presence on the platform, we're building a team of talented livestream hosts who can deliver an entertaining customer experience while driving sales and helping grow the CoolCards brand.

What You’ll Do

• Host engaging, high-energy livestream selling sessions on Whatnot
• Represent CoolCards professionally and authentically on camera
• Showcase and sell trading cards, collectibles, and related products
• Build rapport with viewers and create an interactive, entertaining live experience
• Drive sales by communicating product value, creating excitement, and responding to customers in real time
• Develop strong product knowledge across Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, and other collectibles
• Stay informed on relevant products, releases, trends, and the broader collectibles community
• Prepare for livestreams and maintain a polished, organized, and professional setup
• Track your performance and continuously improve your hosting, audience engagement, and sales approachCollaborate with the broader team on promotions, programming, and ways to grow the CoolCards channel

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in sales, entertainment, livestreaming, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another highly customer-facing environment
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a natural ability to engage people
• Confident and comfortable being on camera for extended periods
• Charismatic, energetic, and able to command an audience
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to turn customer engagement into purchases
• Quick-thinking and comfortable adapting in a fast-paced live environment
• Self-driven, dependable, coachable, and motivated by performance
• Willingness to develop strong knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, and the products featured on stream
• Ability to take feedback, continuously improve, and maintain a consistently high standard of performance

Nice to Have

• Previous livestream selling experience, particularly on Whatnot or a similar live commerce platform
• On-camera hosting, content creation, entertainment, or social media experience
• Proven sales experience or a track record of meeting performance goals
• Existing knowledge of Pokémon, One Piece, sports cards, or other trading card games and collectibles
• An existing portfolio, social media presence, or examples of previous on-camera/livestream work

The Pay Range For This Role Is

27 - 33 USD per hour(Irvine, CA)
