Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Liver Transplant Service. You will serve as a high-level professional interfacing between physicians and primary nurses, delivering safe inpatient care in collaboration with attending surgeons and residents.

Responsibilities include providing inpatient care, working with a multidisciplinary team, and completing MSSO credentialing prior to practice. The role supports the Liver Transplant Team across UCSF Health locations.

Qualifications

• NP with ICU/med-surg experience.
• Must be credentialed through MSSO to practice.
• Per diem availability with Liver Transplant team.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care for liver transplant patients.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, residents, pharmacists, and social workers.
• Adhere to UCSF policies and standardized procedures for scope of practice.
