Job summary

McFadden's Sports Saloon is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to join our Irish sports bar in Kansas City. You will maintain the dish room and machine, keep areas clean, and assist with kitchen sanitation during shifts.

Applicants should have prior customer service or restaurant experience and be fluent in English; night, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required. Stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the dish room and machine; assist with cleaning other areas.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Perform more than one task at a time.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Operate dishwashing machines to specifications.
• Restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Keep trash and dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Assist with taking out garbage when needed.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
