Qualifications

• 4+ years of Technical Operations or Master Control experience in a live television environment.
• Knowledge of Fiber/Satellite/Skype/Streaming operations and broadcast technology.
• Fast learner who can adapt to new technologies and workflows in a high‑pressure setting.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate all Master Control equipment for multiple live feeds and recordings.
• Coordinate with live show guests and talent to set up camera shots and test audio via fiber and IP feeds.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and QC inbound/outbound signals to maintain quality on air.
• Manage backup recording of video feeds on KiPros and understand signal workflows across studios and paths.
• Document and communicate issues or improvements to management and engineering staff.
