Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of live studio experience, are organized, calm under pressure, and fluent in English and Spanish. This on-site role requires teamwork and quick, precise cueing during shows.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with live studio broadcast.
• Basic computer skills and Windows familiarity.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of set monitors and studio hardware.

Responsibilities

• Ensure studio is ready for the broadcast, including equipment and props.
• Place microphones, IFB, and related comms on talent and test them.
• Assist in production prep and manage talent and guests.
• Inform Producer/Director about off-camera action.
• Provide cues and time counts to talent and presenters.
• Manage cables, sets, props, and traffic on the studio floor.
• Understand and follow the rundown.
