You’ll assist the Streamer Manager, monitor performance and sales pacing, analyze inventory, and provide leadership support to streamers and staff. An Associate degree in Business is preferred, with strong math, decision‑making, and proactive attitude.

• Provide leadership support and guidance to streamers and support staff
• Take initiative to identify issues and recommend improvements
• Act as a point of support during evening operations
