Job summary

Cancelled Breaks in Las Vegas, NM studio seeks energetic streaming hosts. No experience required; paid training provided. You will engage with viewers, promote sports cards, maintain a streaming schedule, and help with pre-shipping tasks.

On-site role five days a week in the studio. Competitive base salary from $40,000 to $80,000 annually with performance bonuses up to $100,000. Knowledge of NBA helps; strong communication and multitasking are valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-shipping tasks, including packaging and labeling orders.
• Represent the Cancelled Breaks brand professionally.
• Assist with post-stream card sorting and organization.

Training includes:

• Live Streaming Basics: Guidance on using streaming platform including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.
• Product Knowledge: In-depth training on sports cards and the industry to help you confidently engage with the audience and sell products.
• Customer Engagement: Techniques to interact with viewers, build community relationships, and handle common customer questions or concerns.
• Sales Strategies: Tips and techniques for promoting products, upselling, and increasing overall sales during streams.
• Company Policies: Overview of Cancelled Breaks’ brand values, guidelines, and expectations for professionalism and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Multi-tasking & monitoring chat and communicate effectively with the audience to build relationships and a loyal community.
• Effectively promote products and sell products during live streams, upsell items, and drive customer engagement to increase sales.
• Host live streams showcasing sports card breaks and collectibles.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the Cancelled Breaks brand professionally.
• Help with pre-shipping tasks, including packaging and labeling orders for customers.
• Assist with card sorting and organization after the live streams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Able to work onsite 5 days a week.(this is not a remote role)
• Flexible availability for morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
