Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in broadcast crewing, scheduling, or production operations.
• Strong scheduling and workforce planning knowledge.
• Familiarity with union regulations and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring and scheduling of NBC Sports personnel for remote productions and live events.
• Create accurate crew sheets and coordinate with technical managers, operations, and production managers.
• Communicate crew and event information to production managers to support travel planning and logistics.
• Resolve last-minute staffing and crewing challenges under deadlines.
• Support payroll for each event.
• Manage the SCORE personnel system and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Support development and maintenance of the SCORE workforce management system.
• Identify staffing risks and escalate to leadership for timely resolutions.
• Address issues during events and pursue timely resolutions.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
