Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 shows worked as a regional level utility in live remote productions.
• Must live within 100 miles of the event site.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legal status to work in the U.S.
• Operational familiarity with TV equipment: cameras, cables, monitors.
• Able to unload/load medium to heavy cases off broadcast trucks.
• Willing to assist scenic and lighting departments and work overhead on scaffolding/rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Assist Technical Operations with set up, execution and teardown for remote TV broadcasts.
• Unload/load medium to heavy cases off broadcast trucks.
• Layout/pickup broadcast cabling, pull and coil cable for camera operators.
• Carry camera batteries.
• May assist scenic and lighting departments.
