Job summary

Pilgrim’s in Kentucky is hiring for a night shift loader to support poultry finishing operations. You will back-up the finishing machine to ensure animals meet welfare standards, load and unload drawers, and keep your area clean while reporting any equipment issues to supervisors.

Fork lift experience is preferred, and a HS diploma is recommended. We offer benefits including vision, medical and dental after 60 days, paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, and a shift differential of $1.00 on

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Poultry, live animal or manufacturing experience is a plus; forklift experience preferred.
• Skills: multitask, good communication, follow instructions, attention to detail, and team player.

• Back-up the finishing machine to ensure all birds meet Animal Welfare standards.
• Loading and unloading drawers.
• Safely and efficiently load and unload drawers of birds off the shuttle trucks.

What you’ll need:

• Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred.
