Job summary

Bell & Evans seeks a Live Business Support Analyst to partner with Live Operations by analyzing data, supporting accounting activities, and coordinating communications with growers and plant teams. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

You will maintain performance and cost reports, support day-to-day and period-end processes, and help drive data management improvements through collaboration with IT and the Live department.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to model business processes and document results.
• Experience analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and to visualize findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting functions related to Live Operations including cost reconciliations and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with Vendors and Accounting team on discrepancies and reporting needs.
• Assists in Bird Weights and Farm Scheduling with Live Haul and Plant Management teams.
• Support day-to-day reconciliation tasks and reporting for growers payments and weights.
• Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators with management and end users.
