Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full‑time Flex Houseparents (couples) to live in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students. You will mentor, plan activities, drive students to events, and support their academic and personal growth.

The role requires a married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid US driver’s license with van-certification ability. On-site housing is included as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in devotions and chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Support a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes.
