Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus homes and care for a group of 8–13 students. The role combines supervision, mentorship, and budget oversight with a family-like, structured living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Comfort leading students in devotions and Chapel.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
