Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married couple who live in on-campus homes and mentor a group of 8–13 students, helping with daily routines and development.

The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with a path to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Compensation includes salary per person and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
