Job summary

British American Household Staffing seeks a full-time live-in nanny in Needham for three girls aged 7, 6, and 4, with a newborn joining soon. A newborn care specialist will be present for about 6 months, then the nanny handles infant care as well.

The role offers a private bedroom and bathroom on its own floor, and a family car for your use. Expect 40+ hours weekly with overtime for date nights and school holidays, and coordination with mom on schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for multiple children of different developmental stages, including infants.
• Warm, kind and positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and organized with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle all childcare, including supervising meals, hygiene, and bedtimes.
• Accompany children to and from school and activities as needed.
• Plan engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
• Support learning, independence and social development.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks; plus children's laundry.
• Keep shared spaces tidy; work with stay-at-home mom as a team.
• Care for the baby, monitor sleep/feeding; assist with nursery needs.
• Travel with the family in summer and school breaks. Work during Thanksgiving.
