Elite Web Solutions is seeking a Full-Time Live-in Nanny starting as early as September 2, 2016. The ideal candidate should be loving, nurturing, and competent with young children, with the ability to manage household chores. Responsibilities include caring for four children with varying needs, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining cleanliness.

Job description

Full-Time Live-in Nanny - Starting as early as September 2, 2016:

We are looking for that amazing woman who is loving, nurturing, domestic, good at balancing the needs of children and home, is competent with young kids, can cook or at least has basic cooking skills, energetic, honest, solution oriented, cheerful, genuine, patient, apt to teaching, and has a win-win resolution approach. Must be willing and able to clean. Cleaning is required every day (including dishes, laundry, and help cleaning bedrooms). Nanny must be able to provide a minimum of a one-year commitment, be at least 18 years or older, have a driver’s license with a good record, and have a flexible schedule. Single mothers (of no more than one child) are welcome to apply. Must keep BYU living standards, be occasionally available to watch children overnight, pass a background check, and manage cell phone and social media appropriately during work hours.

Work hours:

M-F

8am-6pm

Sat: Occasional help as needed (extra pay)

Sun: off

Once a month overnight stay (extra pay)

May be needed on occasion to stay late, come early, or be responsible for the children overnight. Additional compensation will be given for overnight childcare. Time spent over hours will be paid out at a specified rate (depending upon experience). Days of the week, and times of day may vary slightly depending upon the family’s schedule and may change as needed.

• 17 months - boy
• 6 years – boy (1st grade, Chinese Immersion)
• 7 years – girl (2nd grade, Chinese Immersion)

Compensation:

Brand new Limited RAV4 (to use after work hours for personal use) & Insurance Provided (for work and personal use; gas budget included).

Private room with walk‑out entrance, bathroom, boardroom, and access to entertainment room, kitchen, internet, food, private refrigerator, exercise room (treadmill, weight bench, etc.), massage chair, craft room, television with Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, Hulu, Watch ESPN, so forth. The house features a wrap‑around porch, hot tub, fire pit, and beautifully landscaped land. A park is next door and a walking and biking trail crosses the street; hiking trails are within walking distance.

Hourly flat rate (depending upon experience) + performance bonuses + living expenses (see above inclusions).
