Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents as a two-person married couple to reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, transportation to activities, and devotional planning.

The role transitions from initial placement in multiple homes to a fixed student home, with a salary around $46,917 per person plus comprehensive benefits and relocation

Qualifications

Experience working or volunteering with youth.
Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
Driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities
Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
