Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks a full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live on campus and care for a group of 8–13 students. You will supervise, mentor, and guide students’ academic, emotional, and social growth while managing daily routines and activities.

Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, be 27+ years old per spouse, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license. On-campus housing, meals, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteering with youth.
• Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required and ability to become certified to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
