Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus homes, providing care, guidance, supervision and support for 8–13 students in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medication management, activities planning, devotions, chapel attendance, and budget reporting. This is a unique, rewarding career that requires commitment and teamwork from both spouses.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role for a married pair.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older and married at least two years.
• U.S. driver's license and ability to certify to drive student vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and support student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel.
