Job summary

Mind & Mobility is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to deliver in-home care in Boca Raton, FL. The role includes personal care, ADLs, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship to help seniors live independently and safely at home.

You will work closely with clients and families, following care plans and documenting care activities. A valid CNA/HHA, 1+ year experience, driver’s license, CPR, and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or home care experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meals and dietary needs.
• Help with light housekeeping and organization.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical information.
• Aid mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Follow care plans and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
• Run errands or transportation as needed.
