Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is hiring Per Diem Live-In Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one in-home care in Mercer County, New Jersey. Positions offer live-in, 24-hour care with immediate availability and per diem scheduling.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship, ensuring client safety and comfort. Requires NJ HHA certificate, 1 year HHA experience, and ability to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health Aide (HHA) experience.
• Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide Certificate.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Current physical exam within 1 year.
• Valid PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray within required time.
• MMR immunization proof within 10 years.
• Flu vaccination proof or exemption.
• Driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide medication reminders to clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks in clients' homes.
• Prepare meals as needed for daily care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Ensure client safety and comfort in the home.
