Four Seasons Healthcare Solutions is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide LIVE IN care to individuals in their homes across the United States. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, monitor health changes, and follow care plans with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.

This role travels to clients' homes (on the road) and offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, home care, or similar settings.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to perform vital signs monitoring and medication administration.
• Understanding of dementia care practices is a plus.
• Compassionate attitude towards individuals with developmental disabilities.
