Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, caring for 8-13 students, guiding academics, emotions, and social development. Nine days on duty followed by three days off create a structured, family-like environment.

Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, devotions, and driving students to activities. Relocation and paid training supported; housing and meals on duty are included, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• We require two spouses who are legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
