Job summary

KFI seeks compassionate, friendly caregivers for a live-in role supporting a Millinocket native. You will help with daily tasks, household chores, and transportation, while promoting independence. The schedule is arranged to complete a 40-hour work week in 2.5 days, with paid training and full-time benefits.

Starting pay is $18.88–$19.67 per hour, with paid health insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off. Candidates must have a high school diploma, Maine license, and a valid vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid Maine driver's license required.
• Registered and insured vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain friendships and build community connections for the client.
• Assist with hobbies, cooking, and household tasks including medication administration.
• Provide transportation to appointments and communicate with medical providers.
• Support client in pursuing interests and activities to maintain independence.
