Affirmed Home Care, Inc. in White Plains (Westchester) is seeking a live-in Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) to support a lovely client at home. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care, including personal care, medications reminders, and companionship.

Starting at $221/day with flexible live-in schedules, weekly pay, and immediate case placement. A valid NY HHA certificate, 1 year of HHA experience, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience.
• Valid NY HHA certificate.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Physical within the last 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the last 12 months (or chest X-ray within the last 5 years).
• MMR immunization within the last 10 years.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for Westchester cases).
