Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, seeks a dedicated Full-time Flex Houseparent couple to live in on-campus homes and supervise a group of 8–13 students. This role emphasizes mentorship, routine management, and a faith-friendly daily schedule, with a focus on student growth and safety.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. The position includes comprehensive benefits, relocation support, and paid training.

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and drive student vans after certification.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
