Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks full-time Flex Houseparents. A married couple lives in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, guiding academic, emotional and social development, and ensuring safety and well-being.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, transportation, devotions, and budgeting. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in home.
• Campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; no alcohol on duty.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
