Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, living in on-campus student homes and caring for 8–13 students.

You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, manage schedules, transport to activities, lead devotions, and support budgeting and reporting, on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with potential transition to a placed houseparent.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person couple role; married for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan engaging developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
