Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and support for a group of 8-13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment that promotes academic, emotional, and social development.

The role includes daily supervision, routines, medication administration, transport, devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Applicants must be legally married couples for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
