Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, helping them reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, transportation, activities, devotions, chapel, budgeting, and reporting. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple required by policy.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Follow a nine-day on / three-day off schedule for new hires.
