Milton Hershey School is seeking a pair of Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. The role is a two-person commitment with a nine-on, three-off rotation and transition to a Placed Houseparent after training.

The position includes salary per person of $46,917 with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Couple must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel; proselytizing prohibited.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog allowed.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
