Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. The role involves living in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students.

Two-spouse requirement with at least two years of marriage, both 27+, and a dedication to a smoke-free campus. Responsibilities include daily supervision, activities planning, devotions, and budgeting support.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the home.
• Campus is smoke-free and weapon-free; alcohol not allowed while on duty.
• Pets limited to fish and one approved dog.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism expected of staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
