Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, budgeting, and planning activities, with a nine-days-on/twelve-days-off schedule initially. Benefits include health coverage, life insurance, retirement savings, and relocation/training

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
