Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, med management, activities, devotions, and budgeting. The role begins with nine days on, three off, with transition to a placed home later.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-year married couple minimum.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
