Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteers in youth-serving environments.
• Two-person marriage setup; couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain needed certifications to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Plan and participate in development and recreational activities with students.
