Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full‑time Flex Houseparents. In this unique career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home.

Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family‑like environment that fosters students' academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person, married couple requirement with at least two years of marriage.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in developmental/recreational programs.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
