Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks experienced Full-time Flex Houseparents to care for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. This two-person role focuses on mentorship, daily supervision, and structured routines to support academic, emotional and social growth.

Qualifications

Experience working or volunteering with youth.
Two-person married couple for the role.
Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
Manage household routines and student schedules.
Administer medications and supervise student wellness.
Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
