Baywood Home Care is hiring a Live-In CNA to provide one-on-one home-based care. The role offers 24-hour shifts with a live-in arrangement, with compensation of $14–$15 per hour plus credit for experience, up to $224–$240 per 24-hour shift.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The caregiver will assist with personal care, medication reminders, safety, and independence in a home setting, delivering compassionate support to clients.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate (even if not current)
• At least 18 years old
• Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Dependable and compassionate attitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred
