Job summary

Clementine Home Care in Coatesville, PA is seeking a compassionate Live-In Caregiver to support an adult client in daily activities and health routines.

You will drive to appointments, assist with therapies at home, and engage the client throughout the day while maintaining a calm, respectful demeanor. A nursing assistant certificate is required, along with a drivers license and references; we offer a profit-sharing plan and family-style support.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant certificate or equivalent and maintenance of certification.
• Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Prolonged standing and walking and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive the client to and from appointments.
• Assist client with PT/OT and Speech Therapy at home.
• Engage with client throughout the day to provide companionship and support.
• Maintain a calm, respectful demeanor and professional conduct at all times.
• Limit personal phone use during working hours except in emergencies.

Clementine Home Care is looking for a Live In Caregiver to work in Coatesville, PA

Conditions:

• Must be able to drive the client to and from appointments.
• Energetic and proactive.
• No personal phone use during working hours, except for emergencies.
• Engaging with client throughout the day.
• Drive client to physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy appointments.
• Assist client with PT / OT and Speech Therapy at home
• Strong communication skills.
• Calm and respectful demeanor; not overly loud.
• Comfortable with cameras (audio & video) installed in public areas of the home.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification
• Previous live-in experience with acceptable references preferred
