ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden seeks a compassionate Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide in-home care in Cinnaminson, NJ. The role supports clients with personal care, mobility, meals, and safety within their homes.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA certification required.
• Prior live-in or long-term home care experience preferred.
• Ability to reside at a client's home for scheduled shifts.
• Strong communication, reliability, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort.
• Monitor clients and promptly report changes in condition to supervisory staff.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
• Assist with medications as directed and within scope of CHHA certification.
• Use the SwyftOps app to manage schedules, clock in/out, EVV, and document care.
• Complete shift notes, care documentation, and incident reports.
• Maintain current certifications and required documentation.
• Complete online trainings and competency assessments.
• Engage in ongoing dementia care, fall prevention, infection control, HIPAA, and client safety trainings.
• Follow agency policies, client care plans, and documentation requirements.
