ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is seeking a compassionate Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support clients in Burlington County and Camden County, NJ. The role requires staying on-site with a client to provide non-medical and personal care, following individualized care plans and ensuring safety.

You must hold NJ CHHA certification, have strong communication, and be reliable and patient.

Qualifications

• Must hold New Jersey CHHA certification.
• Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to live on-site with the client.
• Excellent communication and compassionate demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual and professional with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide live-in personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and document client health status and report changes
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping and errands
• Administer medications as directed within CHHA scope
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals

• Follow individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Prior experience in home health care, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• Ability to live on-site with the client for scheduled shifts
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
• Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
• Valid ID and ability to pass a background check
