Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Live-In Caregiver to join our team! As a Live-In Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to a client for a 24-hour period, morning to morning. During each 24-hour period, you will have 8 hours of on-site personal time, which includes uninterrupted sleep time. We are looking for local caregivers who have their own living accommodations. This is not a full-time room and board replacement. There will be other Live-In caregivers helping each client, with 3 or 4 Live-In day assignments. This approach provides excellent income and balanced personal time.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Preform ADLs Activities of Daily Living including meal prep and light housekeeping, run errands and occasional transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Provide safety and security measures to prevent falls and injuries
• Friendly Companionship

Requirements:

• 1+ year of caregiver experience;
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for extended periods;
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
