Job summary

TheKey is currently hiring live-in caregivers to support clients in Miami Beach. You will provide personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation in clients' homes, with a 12-hour shift pattern.

Earn top pay rates up to $250 per day and enjoy weekly pay with PayActiv, mileage reimbursement, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Training is provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands.
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
