Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred.
• PCA or CNA certification encouraged but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred/recommended.
• Must be an Alaska resident.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Ability to assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ability to provide personal care and companionship.
• Able to assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Able to assist with mobility and transportation needs.
• Willing to complete required pre-employment screening and background checks.
• Must be willing to attend required orientation and training.
