UniversaCare in Hamden, CT is hiring a live-in caregiver to support clients in their own homes in New Haven County. This field role requires staying in clients’ homes, traveling to them, following care plans, and documenting updates with the office.

The position offers weekly pay with part-time or full-time schedules, and benefits such as referral bonuses and tuition assistance after 2,500 hours. Eligibility to work in the U.S., background checks, and health screening are required.

Formación

• Caregiving experience and the ability to stay in the client’s home on a live-in schedule.
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Completion of the background check and health screening required for the role
• Weekly pay
• An easy-to-use app to clock in and out
• Referral bonus: earn $250 for each caregiver you refer once they complete their first 100 hours
• Tuition assistance after 2,500 hours worked with UniversaCare, for approved programs that advance your career (amount set case by case)

Responsabilidades

• Live in the client’s home and support them through the day
• Help with personal care, meals, housekeeping and errands
• Provide companionship and help the client stay safe at home
• Follow the care plan and keep the office updated
